Corn

Ingredients
·
4 cups freshly cut corn
·
1 cup chopped onion
·
4 tbsp butter
·
1-2 tbsp sugar
·
2-3 cups milk
·
1 cup half and half
·
¼ tsp fresh nutmeg
powder (opt)
Method
·
Heat butter, add onions
and cook till pinkish
·
Add corn, salt and cook
for 2-3 min
·
In another saucepan heat
milk and half and half till warm
·
Add the corn mixture and
simmer for 10 min stirring constantly
·
Cool, blend and strain
the soup
·
Bring it to boil and add
sugar and nutmeg powder

Ingredients
·
1 onion
·
1 potato
·
Kernels of 2 corns
·
Salt and pepper
·
¼ stick butter
·
¼ cup maida
·
2 cups
2 percent milk
Method
·
Boil onion potato and
corn in little water till the potatoes are done
·
Heat butter and add
maida, milk, salt and pepper
·
Stir constantly and add
cheese
·
Add corn, potato and
onion mixture
·
Cook for 2-3 min and
serve
