Mango Cucumber Soup (courtesy

Ingredients
·
1 ripe and firm mango
·
1 cucumber
·
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
·
1 small onion chopped
·
2 tsp coriander leaves
·
Salt and pepper
Method
·
Make puree of ¾ mango
and cucumber
·
Cut the rest of the ¼
mango into small pieces and keep aside
·
Add chopped onions,
dhania leaves, mango pieces, lemon juice,
salt and pepper
·
Chill and serve

Peel and boil raw
mangoes and sieve the pulp
·
Add some water to it and
bring it to boil by adding sugar OR gur,
jeera powder and salt
·
Drink or eat with
khichdi
