SWEET CORN SOUP Ingredients

tin creamed sweet corn
·

– 3 cups water
·
½
-1 tsp corn flour dissolved in ½ cup water
·
1
egg white
·
½
tsp soya sauce
·
¼
tsp vinegar
·
1
tsp tomato sauce
·
½
tsp green chilly sauce
·
Salt, pepper and above sauces according to taste |

Preparation

Mix
water and tinned corn and bring it to boil
·
Dissolve corn flour and add
to the boiling soup and cook till thick
·
Add all the sauces, salt and
pepper
·
Sieve in egg white and keep
stirring while adding
·
Serve hot
·
For chicken sweet corn soup,
add boiled shredded chicken before serving. SWEET & SOUR VEGETABLES Ingredients

1 cup vegetables containing
onions, carrots, baby corns, beans, cabbage cauliflower, peas or any veg. of
your choice
·
1 tbsp chopped garlic
·
1 tbsp oil
·
2 tsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar
·
1 tbsp corn flour dissolved
in ¼ cup warm water
·
2 – 3 cups water
·
2 cups tomato puree
·
1/2 cup tomato sauce
·
¼ tsp vinegar
·
1 tsp
soya sauce
·
Heat oil and add garlic and then add all the vegetables and stir fry by adding
little salt and keep them aside
·
In a separate pan heat butter and add sugar. Let it melt until golden brown
·
Add tomato puree and cook till butter separates
·
Add water and bring it to boil
·
Reduce heat and add all the sauces and little salt
·
Add dissolved corn flour and stir till the sauce thickens slightly
·
Add stir fried vegetables, mix well and serve hot. FRIED RICE Ingredients

glass boiled rice
·

tbsp oil
·
1
small onion
·
1
tsp crushed garlic
·
1
cup chopped vegetables containing carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicums
·
Salt acc. to taste
·
1
tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilly sauce
·
½
cup boiled and shredded chicken
·
Heat oil, add garlic, onions, salt and all the veg. and cook till done (do not
overcook)
·
Add boiled rice, salt if required and all the sauces.
·
Mix well and serve hot
·
For chicken fried rice add boiled and shredded chicken to the cooked fried rice. CHILLY GARLIC NOODLES Ingredients

cups boiled noodles
·
3
tbsp oil
·
1
tbsp crushed garlic
·
1
cup chopped veg.
·
3
dry whole red chillies broken into bits
·
1
tsp each red chilly sauce and green chilly sauce
·
½
tsp vinegar
·
½
- 1 tsp soya sauce
·
Salt acc to taste
·
Heat oil and add crushed garlic(cook till golden), red chillies and veg.
·
Cook till done and do not overcook the veg.
·
Add boiled noodles, salt and sauces
·
Mix well and serve hot. |
