Method
• Mix 1 cup maida and 3 tbsp sooji
• Knead it to a dough using club soda
• Keep aside for 15 mins
• Make small balls, roll them in the form of
pooris and deep fry.

Method
Ingredients
• 4 cups maida
• ¼ cup sooji
• ½ cup veg. shortening or oil
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• Salt to taste
• ½ - 1 cup lukewarm water
• Knead a dough by using the above ingredients
Stuffing for kachori
• 1 cup urad dal ( soak overnight and grind)
• Heat oil and cook urad dal till water dries
• Switch off the gas and add add little saunf, salt, chillies, dhania
powder and let it cool
Method
• Make balls of the prepared dough, fill in urad dal stuffing and
flatten it
• Fry in medium hot oil on medium heat.
