Adai Dosa
Ingredients

½ cup raw rice : ½ cup
Idli rice
·
1/8 cup urad dal : 1/8
cup toor dal : 1/8 cup chana dal
·
1 tbsp moong dal
·
2 red chillies : ¼ tsp
haldi powder : ¼ tsp heeng
·
Salt to taste and few
coriander leaves
Method
·
Soak rice and all dals
with red chillies together for 2 -4 hours (there is no need to ferment
the batter) and grind them into a smooth paste
·
Add salt, haldi, heeng
and dhania leaves
·
Beat well and make dosas.

Ingredients
·
1cup flour
·
1 medium zuchhini
and I corn grated
·
½ cup milk : 1 tbsp
melted butter
·
½ tsp jeera powder
·
½ tsp baking powder : ½
tsp sugar
·
2 tbsp cheddar cheese
·
Green chillies and salt
acc. to taste
Mix
everything and make dosas.
