Ingredients

1 bunch dhania (coriander)
leaves
·
1 bunch pudina(mint) leaves
·
1 medium onion
·
1 large tomato
·
1” ginger
·
3 pieces of garlic
·
2-3 green chillies
·
1 small raw mango
·
½ tsp sugar
·
1 1sp lemon juice
·
Salt acc. to taste
Preparation · Mix everything and grind in a blender (no need to add water). Tamarind Chutney Ingredients

2 tbsp tamarind paste
·
4 tbsp sugar
·
½ cup water
·
½ tsp roasted ground cumin
seeds
·
¼ tsp black salt
·
¼ tsp red chilly powder
·
Salt acc. to taste Preperation
· Mix everything in a saucepan and bring it to boil or cook stirring until little thick consistency is obtained. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased acc. to taste. Mango Chutney Ingredients

large grated raw mango
·

cup powdered jiggery
·
1
tbsp oil
·
1
tsp Paanch Phoran (Rai, jeera,methi seeds,kalaunji – black jeera, saunf) · 2 whole dry red chilly
·
Salt acc to taste and little water if required Preparation
·
Heat oil and add red chilly and paanch phoran and let it flitter(do not burn)
·
Add grated mangoes, jiggery, salt and water if required
·
Cook on low heat stirring until the mixture is well blended and looks like a
chutney. |
