Ingredients

3 lbs low fat Ricotta
Cheese
·
1 stick unsalted butter
·
2 cups sugar ( divided
in two parts – 1 2/3 cups
and 1/3 cup )
·
4 ½ cups carnation milk
powder
·
1/3 cup cocoa powder
·
2 oz bitter e
·
Sweet chocolate
Method
·
Hang overnight ricotta
cheese in a cheese cloth and make sure no water is left behind
·
Melt butter and add
ricotta cheese and cook for sometime
·
Add 1 2/3 cups sugar and
cook for some more time until dry and pinkish in color
·
Switch off the gas
·
Add 4 ½ cups of milk
powder and mix
·
Take a greased plate and
spread ¾ of the mixture in it keeping aside ¼ of the mixture
·
Take the remaining 1/3
cup sugar and add cocoa powder, chocolate and the remaining ¼ mixture of
ricotta cheese
·
Spread this mixture on
top of the white layered mixture
·
Cut them in the shape of
barfi and serve.

Ingredients

12 oz container of Ricotta Cheese
·
8 oz condensed milk
·
1 slab bitter sweet
chocolate
Method
·
Mix together everything
and microwave for 12 mins
·
Make sure in these 12
minutes switch off the microwave every 3 minutes to stir the mixture so
that it remains smooth.

Ingredients

4 cups rice flour
·
1 cup besan
·
1 stick unsalted butter
·
Sesame seeds, salt,
chilly powder, jeera (roasted and grinded) acc. to taste
Method
·
Take 2 cups lukewarm
water and add butter in it
·
Now use this water to
knead a soft dough by mixing all the above ingredients
·
Put this dough in a
chakli maker and deep fry giving a round shape of chakli.

Method
·
Mix together 16 oz whole
milk sour cream, 3 cups rice flour, jeera, sesame seeds
·
Add
salt , red pepper (acc. to taste)
·
Knead them into a soft
dough
·
Put the dough in a
chakli maker and deep fry.

Ingredients

3 cups maida
·
1 cup sooji
·
½ cup oil
·
1 tsp ajwain
·
Salt to taste
Method
·
Mix all the above
ingredients and knead a dough by adding ¾ cup warm water
·
Cover the dough with
plastic wrap and keep aside for 2 – 3 hours
·
Divide the dough into 4
parts
·
Flatten the dough and
cut it into squares
·
Deep fry them in medium
high heat till pink in color.
